    CREATIVE INTERN:

    DMP Sync has been cultivated to be the premier destination for content creators to find the best emerging and established music.   • Tech Support/IT Manager – SONGTRUST

    The Position:

    About the Company: Songtrust, the technology arm to Downtown, helps songwriters and music publishing businesses collect more royalties. Started in 2010, Songtrust was named a Top Music Startup by Billboard magazine and represents over 100k songwriters, we are now signing more songwriters faster than any music publisher ever.

    We are looking for an well rounded IT Manager / IT Director to establish our global support organization and begin transitioning parts of our support process in house from our outsourced managed service provider. We are cloud forward as Songtrust is a Saas, but still have two core applications in the datacenter (Windows server, MSSQL specifically). This role reports to our VP of Technology / the General Manager of Songtrust (who is largely focused on software / product development) and will take responsibility for all of our internal support/IT needs. Globally we are about 65 people with 5 non-independent offices to support.

    So, what will you be doing?:

    • Oversee our managed service provider.
    • Oversee procurement of hardware, installation, and setup of new users.
    • Establish support procedures, support technology issues globally, and triage high priority issues.
    • Review, manage, and negotiate with existing and new hardware, software, and equipment vendors.
    • Maintain documentation for the internal systems, services, and processes.
    • Explore and install new technologies, systems, and services.
    • Support our software engineering team with various tasks (e.g. Update/maintenance of Windows servers, manage backup/restore processes, security practices).
    • Keep current with the latest technologies and best practices with regards to IT support and operations.

    You are:

    • A self starter with an organized mindset.
    • Experienced with procurement of Apple and Windows based desktops and servers.
    • Experienced in providing exceptional hands-on support with a variety of end-user devices/virtual devices, such as Apple desktops and laptops, video conferencing, printers, etc.
    • Experienced with hosted productivity and communications applications: Google, MS Office, Adobe, Slack, Atlassian Suite, and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting LAN and wireless networks; familiar with protocols such as TCP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop,  VPN and VoIP setup/troubleshooting.

    Qualifications:

    3-10+ years of technology experience.

    SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Gathering data and analyzing results to gain business and customer insights

    • Assisting in analyzing conceptual, logical and physical data models and documenting business concepts, data entities, data elements and the relationship between them

    We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the COO and SVP, Business Development

    So what will you be doing?

    • Providing general administrative support to the COO and SVP of the company
    • Coordinating and preparing agendas/information for meetings, collecting and finalizing materials and ensuring the COO and SVP are fully prepared for any meetings
    • Greeting clients and reserving meeting rooms
    • Tracking expenses and submitting monthly expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
    • Managing and coordinating  diary’s and prioritizing appointments as appropriate
    • Helping to create and organize marketing materials for various meetings
    • Coordinating travel both Domestic and International
    • Coordinating all Manager Meetings including ordering any catering, Audio/Visual, Video Conference, etc.
    • Maintaining confidentiality across all tasks and communications
    • Updating contacts and databases
    • Assisting with the organization of office events.
    • Acting as point of contact for the COO and SVP, dealing with all phone and email inquiries, appointment booking (including internal and external), meeting coordination, etc.
    • Ad hoc admin support as needed across all departments.

    You are:

    • Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
    • Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Google Suite, Apple Mac OS, in addition to being internet savvy.
    • Able to handle confidential information with highest level of professionalism and discretion
    • “Can Do” attitude and desire to be around creative people
    • Someone with at least 1-3 years of prior administrative/executive assistant experience for a senior-level executive
    • Able to manage meetings with people from different corners of the world
    • Extremely organized with remarkable attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Experienced in the music industry a plus
