Moelogo

Mohammed Animashaun aka Moelogo was born and raised
in Lagos and moved to London in 2001.

In 2013, Moelogo put out his first single, the club-oriented "Pangolo." Later that year, he released his debut EP, Moe Is My Name, Music Is My Logo.

The following year, the young artist released the single "Baddest" featuring London rapper Giggs. His early achievements were honored at both the 2015 and 2016 MOBO Awards, where he was nominated for Best African Act.

In 2016, he released his EP, Ireti, which revealed a gentler side to his Afrobeat syntheses — and the single "Penkele" was later remixed by Davido and Sarkodie.

In 2017, Moelogo put out two singles: the gentle "Shine Your Light" and "Sometimes I Pray" featuring Tiggs Da Author. That same year, he also appeared on the Jonas Blue single "We Could Go Back" and performed with the DJ on several stages.

Moelogo has recently collaborated with Jonas Blue, Fuse ODG, Giggs, Davido, Sneakbo, Wretch 32, Avelino, Mr Eazi, S Wavey, Maleek Berry, Sarkodie, MoStack, DRB LasGidi, Ghetts, Da Beat Freakz, Juls, Swarmz, Daddy’s Groove, AJ & Deno, and B Young.

Moelogo's Magic EP was released in 2019.
